Hello,

I am writing to let you know that we have released some early pricing on a few select homes in Tucker Hill. I know that many of you have waited for these pricing details for some time, and we greatly appreciate your patience. We are so excited to be taking this important first step, and I am happy that you have expressed interest in becoming one of the first homeowners.

I also wanted to communicate that I hold the pioneering residents of a Southern Land Community in the highest esteem. Not simply because we are moving from design to sales – that’s of obvious importance to a company. I feel this way because the first residents really “get” it. They understand the vision and what we ultimately are trying to achieve in terms of sustainability. And in reality, these residents – and I hope I am speaking of you – will be Tucker Hill’s most important voice as the neighborhood grows in size and in character.

We have worked so hard to exceed the expectations that have been created over the past year for Tucker Hill. You know our story and our long-term commitment to McKinney. It’s time to experience, what up until now, you have only seen in pictures.

Thank you for being patient with us. We hope to see you at Tucker Hill very soon.

Best Regards,

Timothy W. Downey
