Here is what will be coming to Tucker Hill. According to a contact the construction of the Residents Center will not commence until after the 2008 Parade of Homes ends.

I am writing to let you know that we have released some early pricing on a few select homes in Tucker Hill. I know that many of you have waited for these pricing details for some time, and we greatly appreciate your patience. We are so excited to be taking this important first step, and I am happy that you have expressed interest in becoming one of the first homeowners.

I also wanted to communicate that I hold the pioneering residents of a Southern Land Community in the highest esteem.
