Happy Easter!

Stoped by Tucker Hill McKinney today and took some nice photos of the Founders Fountain that now is in operation. You would not believe the amount of cars and people that were checking out the houses even though the sales center wasn't opened. Things are coming along very well,and the neighborhood is looking great!

McKINNEY, Texas (Feb. 21, 2008) - The City of McKinney Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB) is seeking nominations for revitalized historic houses as part of the Preserve Historic McKinney—Home Recognition Program. The program recognizes property owners who have made significant improvements to their homes.

The HPAB hopes to pick 14 homes to recognize in an annual super-sized calendar, with a different home featured every month for 14 months. Residential properties located in the Historic Neighborhood Improvement Zone are eligible for consideration. Continued.....

Sunday turned out to be a beautiful day in McKinney, and we decided to stop by Tucker Hill to see the progress on the homes. The sales center was loaded with people interested in the development and they were walking through alot of the homes under construction. We plan on flying to Westhaven, the neighborhood in Tennessee that Tucker Hill is modeled after.
